TROY - Hudson Valley Community College will offer two new certificate programs this fall that will allow individuals interested in the heating, refrigeration and air conditioning field to work while going to school in the evening.
The 29-credit heating systems certificate and 26-credit refrigeration and air conditioning certificate programs will be offered during the evening, allowing students to complete either certificate in four semesters of part-time study.
