Lisa Conde Lamphier, a Schenectady woman who married her second husband before divorcing her first, has met a court order to legally end one of her marriages.
Lamphier returned to City Court on Tuesday to tell Judge Patrick McGrath that she has divorced her first husband, David Lamphier of Schenectady. The divorce decree was issued July 7 by Schenectady- based state Supreme Court Justice Andrew W. Ryan.
Lamphier married Mark Talarico of Averill Park in 1989, 10 years after she wed David Lamphier of Schenectady. Talarico has said that he learned Lamphier was still married …
