Mobile home owner Herbert Coleman had better get the junk cars out of his park, or the town is going to put him out of business, town leaders warned Thursday night.
Highway Superintendent Sam Perlman said he has ordered Coleman several times over the past six months to get the 21 junk cars out of his park, but Coleman, who owns the Fonda Heights Mobile Home Park, has done nothing.
"If you have two or more unlicensed vehicles, it's considered a junkyard, and we don't issue junkyard licenses in Waterford," Perlman said after he left a Town Board agenda meeting.
