State transportation plans to be discussed in upcoming public meetings.

May 4--Several public meetings are scheduled this month to provide information on upcoming state transportation plans.

The Arizona Department of Transportation has scheduled meetings next week to provide information and answer questions about the Southeast Arizona Regional Transportation Profile.

The profile includes about 775 miles of highways in Cochise, Santa Cruz and some of Pima county. The meetings begin at 5 p.m. and are scheduled to run until about 6:30 p.m.
